Portfolio Resolutions Manager-Auto-ARD Retail-ARD Retail Portfolio
- Responsible for managing and resolving portfolio issues related to auto loans within retail banking. - Oversee the ARD (Asset Recovery Division) retail portfolio to ensure timely resolution of delinquent accounts. - Coordinate with various teams to optimize recovery processes and improve portfolio health. - Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics to identify risk and resolution opportunities. - Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies related to portfolio management. - Collaborate with stakeholders to implement strategies for reducing non-performing assets. - Maintain detailed records and reports on portfolio status and resolution activities. - Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience during the resolution process. - Support leadership in decision-making through data-driven insights and portfolio analysis.Job role
