Job Description:

Rose Enterprises is looking for a smart and responsible E-commerce Executive to manage online sales operations and marketplace activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
  • Update product details, prices, and stock regularly
  • Handle order processing and dispatch coordination
  • Monitor online sales and prepare reports
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery partners
  • Manage returns, refunds, and exchange process
  • Run basic promotional offers and platform campaigns
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations

Requirements:

  • Graduate (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and MS Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Experience in online sales / marketplace handling preferred
