Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Head Chef to manage kitchen operations, lead the kitchen team, maintain food quality, and ensure excellent food preparation and presentation. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary knowledge, leadership abilities, and experience in managing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and develop menus according to business requirements.
• Supervise and manage daily kitchen operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
• Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory, stock control, and food supplies.
• Monitor food costs, portion sizes, and kitchen budgets.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
• Maintain proper kitchen equipment and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with management to improve kitchen efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef.
• Strong knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Excellent leadership and kitchen team management skills.
• Expertise in menu planning and recipe development.
• Knowledge of food costing, budgeting, and portion control.
• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef is preferred.
