Job Description
We are hiring creative and dynamic Video Editors to join our fast-paced content creation team. If you are passionate about video editing and are skilled in making YouTube Long Form, Short Form and Instagram Reel Content, we want to hear from you!
You will work on high-impact videos for Educational, FinTech, and Motivational content categories and help build viral content daily.
Roles & Responsibilities:
✅ YouTube Videos Editing (Long Form)
- Cut, trim and enhance long videos for YouTube
- Add text overlays, transitions, B-Rolls, and audio to create engaging content
- Ensure brand aesthetics and retention-optimized output
✅ Instagram Reels & Shorts Editing
- Edit short-form videos with catchy hooks, viral cuts, captions, emojis, and trends
- Use fast-paced transitions and effects as per trending formats
- Deliver quick turnaround for trending videos
✅ Advanced Video Editing and Animation
- Use Filmora, Premiere Pro, Capcut, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator and other tools for professional output
- Basic Motion Graphics and Title Animations (Bonus Point)
✅ Team Collaboration and Project Management
- Work closely with content and marketing teams for daily and weekly publishing targets
- Take feedback and revise accordingly in tight deadlines
- Maintain file naming and storage standards
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Filmora, Premiere Pro, Capcut, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator
- Excellent sense of pace, transitions, and visual storytelling
- Experience with Social Media formats (Reels, YouTube, Shorts)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Creative mindset and hunger for viral content creation
