About the Role
Telth Healthcare is looking for energetic and creative Associate Digital Marketing Executives – Social Media to support the rapid expansion of our healthcare, wellness and digital commerce ecosystem.
This is not just a social-media posting job. We are looking for candidates who can use social media to generate attention, enquiries, leads and business conversions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social channels.
* Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories and short-form content.
* Develop healthcare, wellness, recruitment and promotional campaigns.
* Generate qualified leads through social media.
* Support Meta and other digital advertising campaigns.
* Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and sales teams.
* Respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries.
* Build local and regional social-media communities.
* Support influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns.
* Track reach, engagement, leads, CPL and conversions.
* Identify trending topics and create fast-moving campaign ideas.
* Support promotion of Telth Care Plans, Care@Home, Health AI Hubs, T-Mart and other Telth ecosystem services.
