Job Title: HR Manager

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resource operations and ensure effective management of over 100 employees. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to manage and support a growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
• Maintain and update employee records for 100+ staff members.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Resolve employee queries and foster a positive workplace environment.
