- Job RequirementsAny Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Banking, Finance, NBFC, Loan Sales, Insurance, FMCG, Telecom, or Direct Sales is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a Two-Wheeler and Valid Driving License.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong customer acquisition and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products is an advantage.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new customers through field visits and referrals.
- Promote and sell various loan and financial products.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and application procedures.
