* DSA Empanelment: Identify, recruit, and onboard Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and connectors.
* Business Growth: Drive LAP loan disbursements and hit targets through your DSA network.
* Relationship Management: Maintain solid relationships with partners and ensure smooth file login to disbursal.
🎯 Eligibility Criteria:
* Experience: Minimum 3 TO 5 Years in LAP / Mortgage Sales (DSA networking experience is a must).
* Education: 10th / 12th / Any Degree (All are welcome!).

* பிசினஸ் வளர்ச்சி: முகவர்கள் (DSA Network) மூலம் LAP லோன்களை சோர்ஸ் செய்து இலக்குகளை அடைதல்.
* பார்ட்னர்களுடன் தொடர்பில் இருந்து ஃபைல்களை விரைவாக அனுமதித்து வழங்க வழிவகை செய்தல்.
🎯 யாரெல்லாம் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்?
* அனுபவம்: LAP / Mortgage லோன் விற்பனையில் குறைந்தபட்சம் 3 முதல் 5 ஆண்டுகள் அனுபவம் (DSA நெட்வொர்க் தொடர்புகள் கட்டாயம்).
* கல்வித்தகுதி: 10-ஆம் வகுப்பு / 12-ஆம் வகுப்பு / ஏதேனும் ஒரு பட்டப்படிப்பு (Degree).
