Graphic Designer

Create engaging designs for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, banners, advertisements, posters, brochures, flyers, and promotional creatives.

Develop creative concepts based on marketing requirements and brand guidelines.

Work with the marketing/content team to understand campaign requirements.

Maintain consistency in brand colors, fonts, layouts, and visual identity.

Edit and retouch images, food/product photographs, and promotional visuals.

Create designs for both digital and print media.

Adapt existing designs into different sizes and formats for various platforms.

Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and creative styles.

Handle multiple projects and deliver designs within the required timelines.

Take feedback positively and make necessary design revisions.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Canva, Figma, or Premiere Pro is an added advantage.

Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

Strong photo editing and retouching skills.

Ability to create creative and attractive social media designs.

Good attention to detail.

Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into creative visuals.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
