Staff Nurse

Job Description – Staff Nurse

We are looking for a caring and responsible Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care and support doctors in daily clinical activities at Namma Doctor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
• Prepare consultation rooms and ensure medical equipment is clean and ready for use.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
• Maintain medical supplies and report shortages when required.
• Support patient registration and coordinate patient flow when needed.
• Ensure proper sterilization and disposal of medical waste.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Coordinate with doctors and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements:

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
• Valid nursing registration as applicable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and infection control.
• Ability to work responsibly in a clinical environment.
