Job Description
Visit assigned households and commercial premises to conduct surveys as per
the provided schedule and route plan.
Collect and verify consumer data (name, address, mobile number, property,
Population, details, connection details, etc.) based on the questionnaire
available in survey forms.
Explain the purpose of the survey and obtain customer cooperation.
Accurately record information on mobile apps/tablets.
Identify and report anomalies such as vacant properties, unauthorized
connections, or changes in property usage.
Escalate any challenges or unresponsive households to the supervisor.
Ensure daily reporting of survey progress and completed records.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data and follow survey protocols strictly.
