Job Description
- 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Source and screen resumes from job portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in conducting HR rounds and following up with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and track hiring status.
- 2. Onboarding & Documentation Assist in collecting and verifying employee documents.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding checklists.
- Support new hire orientation and ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- 3. Employee EngagementHelp organize team‑building activities, events, and celebrations.
- Support employee surveys, feedback collection, and engagement activities.
- Maintain a positive work environment and support HR-related queries.
- 4. HR Operations Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for required inputs.
- Prepare basic HR reports, spreadsheets, and trackers.
- Handle day‑to‑day HR administrative tasks.
- 5. Training & Development Support Coordinate internal and external trainings for employees.
- Track training attendance and maintain learning records.
- Assist in preparing training materials and schedules.
- 6. Policy & Compliance SupportAssist in implementing HR policies and company guidelines.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
- Support audits, compliance checks, and HR documentation processes.
- 7. Communication & CoordinationRespond to employee queries professionally.
- Coordinate with different teams for HR‑related tasks.
- Share updates, reminders, and announcements as per HR requirements.
