Telecaller / Sales Coordinator – Steel Manufacturing CompanyJob Role: Telecaller / Sales Coordinator

Industry: Steel Manufacturing / TMT Steel

Experience: 0–2 Years

Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

  • Job ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads, customers, dealers and distributors.
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
  • Update lead and customer data in ERP/Excel.
  • Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and MIS.
  • Maintain customer files and sales-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team for enquiries and order follow-ups.
  • Track pending leads and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Handle basic customer queries and share information with the Sales Team.
  • Maintain proper physical and digital records.
  • Perform data entry and other documentation work as required.
  • Skills RequiredGood communication and follow-up skills.
  • Basic MS Excel and ERP knowledge.
  • Good data-entry and documentation skills.
  • Ability to prepare basic reports.
  • Good customer-handling skills.
  • Steel/TMT industry experience will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹15000/ PM Take home
