💼 Job Role: Team Leader (TL) – Field Sales
- 📌 Job ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of Field Sales Executives.
- Drive sales of Airtel QR Codes and Sound Boxes.
- Generate and onboard new merchant accounts.
- Promote Airtel Payments Bank Current Account services.
- Ensure daily team targets and business achievements.
- Monitor team performance, field activities and productivity.
- Visit markets and support team members in field operations.
- Maintain daily sales reports and coordinate with management.
- Job Profile: Field Sales & Team Handling
- ✅ RequirementsPrevious experience in field sales and team handling.
- Experience in QR Code / Sound Box sales preferred.
- Knowledge of Current Account onboarding.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a field sales team.
