Job Description
We are looking for a Lawyer / Advocate to work with SureLig for property verification and legal support.
Responsibilities:
- Check and review property documents.
- Verify Sale Deed, Khasra/Gata and other property documents.
- Identify legal issues, mistakes and possible risks.
- Help with property verification and legal documentation.
- Provide legal guidance when required.
- Prepare simple verification notes/reports.
- Follow SureLig's verification process and checklist.
- Maintain client information and documents confidential.
Requirements:
- LLB degree.
- Valid Bar Council enrollment.
- Knowledge of property and real estate matters.
- Good understanding of property documents.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous property verification experience is preferred.
- Leads
