Project: 100 Bungalows

Role: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our bungalow project in Kolat, Sanand. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results.


Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in bungalow or residential projects

• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills

• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies

• Local market knowledge is a plus
