Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand loan sales activities across assigned locations. The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of experience in selling retail loan products, managing sales teams, driving business volumes, and handling channel partners such as DSAs and connectors.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve sales targets for multiple loan products (PL/BL/HL/LAP/Mortgage/Working capital ).
• Develop new business opportunities through DSAs, connectors, builders, and corporate channels.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and geographies.
• Drive sourcing, lead generation, and conversions.

2. Team Leadership

• Manage and guide a team of Sales Executives and Relationship Officers.
• Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Motivate team members to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.

3. Loan Process Coordination

• Monitor lead flow from login to disbursement.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to KYC norms.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and backend teams for faster TAT.

4. Channel Partner Management

• Build strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, real estate agents, builders, and other sourcing partners.
• Conduct regular visits and maintain engagement for consistent business flow.
• Resolve partner queries and ensure smooth payout processes.

5. Customer Management

• Address customer queries, escalations, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Support customers during document collection, verification, and approval stages.

6. Reporting & MIS

• Maintain daily MIS for leads, logins, approvals, rejections, and disbursements.
• Present performance data and weekly reports to management.
• Track competitor activities and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in loan sales (PL/BL/HL/Mortgage/LAP/working capital ).
• Strong knowledge of loan products, market dynamics, and branch-level operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead teams and drive performance.
