With deep expertise in land development, project execution, and customer delivery, the company is focused on building sustainable, future-ready urban ecosystems in emerging cities.


Role: Marketing Executive

📍 Location: Miraj / Sangli (In-Office)

🏗️ Industry: Residential & Commercial Real Estate

This is a core execution role focused on driving marketing outcomes—lead generation, campaign execution, branding, and supporting the sales funnel.



Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage Leads Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation funnels)
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure campaign performance and timely delivery
  • Support lead generation initiatives across digital, on-ground activations, and channel partners
  • Work closely with sales team to improve lead quality → site visits → conversions
  • Manage and optimize campaign creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
  • Track and report key metrics like CPL, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Assist in branding, positioning, and project marketing strategies
  • Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, events, and site activations
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
  • Support creation of sales decks, brochures, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate with brokers, channel partners, and internal teams



Qualifications

  • Strong communication and execution skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (Meta/Google Ads, funnels, lead gen)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • High ownership mindset with attention to detail
  • Problem-solving approach and willingness to learn



Preferred Background

  • MBA (Marketing / Sales) / BBA / BMS
  • BE Civil with interest in real estate & marketing
  • 1–5 years experience in marketing, sales, or business development
