Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive to grow the distribution and sales of Team24 Consumer Products. The role will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, expanding market reach and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, supermarkets, modern trade and other channel partners.
• Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers and retail outlets.
• Increase product availability, distribution and visibility across assigned territories.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Generate orders and ensure timely follow-up for collections and outstanding payments.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions and market activity.
• Ensure effective implementation of company schemes and promotional activities.
• Track sales, stock, secondary sales and market performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer data and market intelligence.
• Ensure strong execution of new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Build long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.
