Job Description

  • Client Engagement & Presentations: Meet with prospects (via phone, virtual demo, or in-person visits) to understand their needs and deliver tailored product pitches.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Address client objections, discuss pricing or contract terms, and finalize deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, handle complaints, and perform post-sale follow-ups to encourage repeat business or upselling.
  • CRM & Reporting: Log daily activities, track sales pipelines, update customer data in platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, and report progress to management.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and product feedback to spot new business opportunities.
