Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to handle day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, invoice processing and payment coordination.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting transactions and financial records.
• Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash/bank entries.
• Assist with GST, TDS and statutory compliance activities.
• Verify bills, vouchers and expense statements.
• Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with customers and vendors.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of accounts.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Practical experience in Tally / Tally Prime.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational QualificationB.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or any relevant qualification.

ExperienceMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
