Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Executive – Gym Counter

We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Sales & Customer Service Executive to represent our healthy meal service at our partner gym.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally at the designated gym location.
• Receive packed meals supplied by the company and distribute them to the respective customers/subscribers.
• Explain our meal plans, products, subscription options, and services to gym members.
• Actively promote and sell our meal plans to prospective customers and work towards increasing subscriptions.
• Engage with gym members, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable meal plans.
• Maintain basic records of meal distribution, customer enquiries, leads, and new subscriptions.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate requirements or concerns to the management team.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional counter/display area.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding meal deliveries, customer changes, and daily requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in speaking with customers and explaining products.
• Sales-oriented, proactive, and comfortable approaching potential customers.
• Presentable, punctual, responsible, and customer-focused.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, food service, gym/fitness, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
