Job Description

  • Visit villages and communities to promote free training programs
  • Build good relationships and maintain a positive presence in the community
  • Identify and counsel potential candidates, explaining program benefits
  • Motivate and convince candidates to take admission
  • Participate in local events, awareness camps, and outreach activities
  • Support candidates with enrollment and documentation
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure joining and retention
  • Maintain basic records and submit reports

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Knowledge of local language
