WE ARE HIRING - SALES HEAD (Real Estate)
Company: Pruthvi Projects | Location: Bangalore
Pruthvi Projects is a fast-growing real estate developer in Bangalore with a diverse portfolio of Plots, Apartments, and Villas. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Head to lead our next phase of growth.
Position: Head of Sales & Marketing
- Full Revenue Ownership:Complete responsibility for sales, revenue, and collections across all verticals - Plots, Apartments & Villas.
- Team Building: Build and lead a high-performance sales team of 30+ members from scratch. Hire Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Closers.
- Channel Partner Empire: Create and manage 1000+ active CP network across Bangalore, North Karnataka & NRI markets.
- Sales Engine:Implement CRM, daily reporting, lead funnel, site visit SOPs, and closing processes.
- Launches:Plan and execute new project pre-launches, launch events, and mega CP meets.
- Direct Closing:Personally drive HNI, Investor, and bulk bookings.
Who We Are Looking For:
- 10+ Years in Bangalore Real Estate Sales, with minimum 3 Years as Sales Head / DGM Sales / AGM Sales
- Must have sold Plots + Apartments +villas experience mandatory
- Strong CP network in Bangalore market (Sarjapur, Devanahalli, Kanakapura belt)
- Aggressive closer, leader, and target-driven
- MBA/Graduate, Age 32-45, Own car preferred
