Job SummaryLivspace is seeking dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associates to engage with prospective customers, understand their home interior requirements, and drive sales conversions. The role involves customer interaction, lead generation, showroom support, and coordination with design consultants to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers visiting Livspace Experience Centers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable interior design solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through walk-ins, referrals, and outbound follow-ups.
• Schedule consultations and Experience Center visits for prospective customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless buying experience.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with design consultants and internal teams for smooth customer handover.
• Follow up with customers to improve conversions and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on Livspace products, services, offers, and interior design trends.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales/customer service experience can apply.
• Experience in retail sales, inside sales, customer service, or home interiors is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
