Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Manager to lead the team, manage daily showroom operations, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the team effectively.
  • Ensure employee discipline, accountability, and timely task completion.
  • Maintain prompt responses to management, company officials, and employees.
  • Ensure clear communication, professional presentation, and timely reporting.
  • Monitor team performance, sales targets, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with all departments and resolve operational issues.

Requirements: Strong leadership, excellent communication and presentation skills, quick response time, problem-solving ability, and prior automobile dealership experience preferred.

We need a hands-on manager who takes ownership, works with the team, and ensures results.
