Job Description – Service Manager | Honda BigWing Satara
We are looking for an experienced, technically skilled, and quality-focused Service Manager to lead our premium Honda BigWing service operations. The candidate must have strong expertise in motorcycle diagnostics, workshop management, team leadership, customer relationship management, and premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage service technicians, service advisors, and workshop operations.
- Ensure high-quality repairs, accurate diagnosis, timely delivery, and first-time-right service.
- Maintain Honda service standards, SOPs, warranty processes, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle premium customers professionally, resolve complaints, and ensure prompt follow-ups.
- Monitor workshop productivity, labour revenue, customer retention, CSI, and service targets.
- Ensure proper job card management, periodic maintenance, quality checks, and final vehicle inspection.
- Maintain workshop discipline, safety, cleanliness, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with company representatives and ensure timely reporting and compliance.
- Train, motivate, and develop the team to achieve operational and customer satisfaction goals.
