Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare AutoCAD shop drawings, fabrication drawings and as-built drawings.
- Conduct site measurements and verify executed quantities.
- Check BOQ quantities against site measurements and approved drawings.
- Prepare RA bills, running bills and final bills.
- Handle quantity surveying, rate analysis and billing documentation.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, clients and contractors.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
.Experience in façade, aluminium and structural glazing works preferred.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation and billing.
- Ability to coordinate site measurements and commercial documentation.
