Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Blue Collar Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruiting blue-collar employees such as housekeeping staff, office boys, security guards, drivers, helpers, technicians, supervisors, and other frontline workforce.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Identify and recruit blue-collar candidates through various sources.
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and walk-in interviews.
3. Handle bulk recruitment for housekeeping staff, supervisors, helpers, office boys, and other operational positions.
4. Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
6. Explain job responsibilities, salary, working hours, benefits, and company policies to candidates.
7. Follow up with selected candidates until their joining date.
8. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
9. Coordinate document collection and background verification.
10. Ensure timely closure of open positions as per recruitment targets.
11. Coordinate with branch managers and operations teams regarding manpower requirements.
12. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
13. Reduce candidate dropouts and improve joining ratios.
14. Build a strong candidate network for future manpower requirements.
