Construction / Site Supervisor

Qualification: ITI (Civil Draughtsman / Surveyor / Building Constructor). Plumber or Electrician ITI also welcome.

Experience: 1 to 2 years on a building site. Freshers with a good attitude can apply.

Reports to: Site Engineer

Work:

• Supervise daily work: masonry, plaster, tiling, plumbing, electrical, painting

• Check work against drawings

• Mark levels, openings and take measurements

• Check quality: plaster thickness, plumb and level, waterproofing, tiling

• Receive and count materials, keep stock records

• Arrange unloading of materials at site

• Write vouchers for all payments and report them to the partner

• Daily record of labour and work done

• Update material, voucher and labour reports every week

• Take site photos and report snags to the Site Engineer and in the WhatsApp group

• Follow site safety rules

Skills:

• Can read simple drawings and use tape, plumb bob and level

• Can write clear voucher and stock records (basic Excel is a plus)

• Telugu and Hindi (basic English is a plus)

• Can use a smartphone for photos and WhatsApp reports

• Honest, punctual, good at handling workers

Timings: Full-time at site, 9 AM to 6 PM, 6 days a week
