Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Continental Chef based in Secunderābād. The Continental Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes from the continental cuisine. Day-to-day tasks include planning menus, ensuring ingredient quality, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and collaborating with kitchen staff. The role requires maintaining inventory and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting continental cuisine dishes
- Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and nutrition standards
- Experience in menu planning and ingredient selection
- Ability to manage kitchen operations and collaborate with team members effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Formal culinary training or certification is preferred
- Prior experience as a chef specializing in continental cuisine is a plus
- Ability to adapt to new recipes and stay updated on culinary trends
- Mondays are weekoff
