Job Description

Managing digital inventory, processing customer repair orders, and updating sales records using tools like Microsoft Excel.


  • Inventory Management: Enter new computer parts, accessories, and serial numbers into the shop database or billing software.
  • Order & Repair Tracking: Log customer details, device issues, and repair status updates into tracking systems.
  • Billing & Sales Entry: Generate digital invoices, record daily cash or digital transactions, and update stock logs.
  • Record Keeping: Organize digital files, scan warranty slips or purchase receipts, and maintain vendor lists
