Job Summary

Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Limited is looking for motivated Life Insurance Advisors to work from home and support the company’s life insurance sales process.

This is a purely incentive-based role with no fixed salary. The selected candidate will receive leads, contact prospective customers, understand their insurance needs, explain suitable life insurance plans, and convert leads into successful policy customers.

Candidates with a strong interest in sales, customer handling, lead conversion, and insurance are encouraged to apply. Freshers are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads provided by the company through calls and other approved channels.
• Understand customer requirements and financial protection needs.
• Explain suitable life insurance products, benefits, features, and policy details.
• Follow up regularly with interested and prospective customers.
• Convert leads into successful life insurance policy sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers until conversion.
• Achieve monthly sales and policy conversion targets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the concerned team for policy processing and customer onboarding.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• 1 year of exp can apply.
• Prior experience in Life Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Direct Sales, or Tele-sales is an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on a performance-based incentive model.

Important Note About Salary

This is a 100% incentive-based opportunity. There is no fixed monthly salary. Earnings depend on successful lead conversion and sales performance.
