Marketing Executive

1. Marketing Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products/services.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
• Assist in creating marketing plans aligned with company objectives.

2. Lead Generation & CallsGenerate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products/services.
• Handle inbound calls from interested prospects.
• Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, and messages.
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain a call log and update CRM systems regularly.

3. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

4. Digital & Promotional ActivitiesAssist in managing social media campaigns.

• Support email marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate promotional events and marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.

5. Reporting & Performance TrackingTrack call performance, lead conversion rates, and marketing ROI.

• Submit daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and follow-ups completed.
• Analyze results and suggest improvements.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in making outbound sales/marketing calls.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
