Job Description

Tally Operator & Accounts Executive Female Candidates


Age: 20–30 Years


Experience: Minimum 2–3 years Experience working on Tally software.


  • Key Responsibilities & SkillsProficient in Tally ERP/Prime, Profit Maker Software, MS Excel & MS Office.
  • Maintain day-to-day accounts, Bookkeeping, Ledger accounts, Bank reconciliation, and Financial records.
  • Generate sales, purchase, stock, outstanding, GST, and MIS reports.
  • Good knowledge of GST, invoicing, taxation, and coordination for GST filing.
  • Handle inventory and account reconciliation with accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of GeM Portal (Seller Registration, Tender/Bid Participation, Reverse Auction & Bid Documentation) will be an added advantage.
  • Good computer knowledge, typing speed, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in pharma distribution/accounting preferred.
