Job Description
RK Services is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining our services, generating leads, and providing basic customer support.
Our company provides services related to Ola, Uber, Rapido, Porter, vehicle rentals for drivers, vehicle insurance, and driver registration support.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and drivers.
- Explain company services and available offers.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Assist drivers with registration and vehicle rental enquiries.
- Maintain customer details and daily calling reports.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Telugu and basic Hindi/English.
- Friendly, confident, and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Sales or telecalling experience is an advantage.
