Service Engineer

ERECTION CUM SERVICE ENGINEER

Location: Sehore, Bhopal – Madhya Pradesh

For the first six months, the position will be based in Sehore, Bhopal. Thereafter, the candidate will be required to work at various company project sites as per business requirements.

• QualificationDiploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Experience3 to 10 years of relevant experience.

• Key RequirementsHands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and servicing of heavy electro-mechanical machines.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical power transmission systems.
• Good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in Hindi and English.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be willing to join immediately or within one week.

SalaryCTC: ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.

1. Job ResponsibilitiesPlan installation activities and complete the work as per the project schedule.
2. Unload materials and verify that all materials are received at the site as per the packing list.
3. Carry out levelling, alignment, and grouting of machinery.
4. Ensure safe working practices and the safety of people, plant, and machinery at the site.
5. Explain the installation sequence and work methodology to workers.
6. Coordinate with the customer's representatives to ensure uninterrupted work and avoid idle time or wastage of resources.
7. Carry out commissioning and testing of equipment.
8. Prepare handover and commissioning reports and obtain the customer's approval/signature.
9. Provide training to the customer's representatives on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
10. Follow up with customers regarding pending payments, as required.
11. Perform any other duties or activities assigned by management or superiors.

Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be technically sound, hands-on, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at customer/project sites. The candidate should also have good communication and coordination skills and be willing to travel to different project locations as required.
