Job Description:We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Manager to manage complete factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily production activities
• Production planning and target achievement
• Manage manpower and production team
• Maintain quality and reduce rejection
• Coordinate with production, packing, quality and dispatch
• Manage machines, materials and manpower efficiently
• Maintain discipline and smooth factory operations
• Solve production-related issues
• Prepare daily production reports
Candidate Requirements:• 1–3 years of production/factory experience
• Good manpower management skills
• Production planning knowledge
