Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning: Sweep and mop floors daily, dust furniture, and clean bathrooms, kitchen and balcony
- Kitchen: Wash utensils, keep the kitchen tidy, and help with cooking prep (cutting, cleaning, serving)
- Laundry: Wash, dry, fold and iron clothes, and change bed linen weekly
- Daily upkeep: Make beds, organize rooms, take out garbage, and water plants
- Errands: Buy groceries and vegetables nearby, and receive deliveries and guests
- Other: Help with elders or children where needed (basic care only), and follow the household schedule
- RequirementsAge 20-35, physically fit and active
- Prior experience in household work preferred (freshers with a good attitude may apply)
- Able to read basic instructions and speak Hindi
- Honest, punctual, polite and clean in personal hygiene
- No addictions (alcohol, tobacco, gutka) inside the house
- Willing to stay on the premises and follow house rules

- 3 paid days off per month, plus leave on major festivals as agreed
- Fixed monthly salary, paid on time
- Respectful treatment and medical support in emergencies
- Annual bonus/increment based on performance
