Job Title: Sales & Service Executive

Location: Siliguri, West Bengal

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Sales & Service Executive for our medical equipment business in Siliguri. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer visits, generating sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and providing basic service support for medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, doctors and healthcare institutions for sales and business development.

- Generate new leads and follow up with potential customers.

- Demonstrate and explain medical equipment/products to customers.

- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and dealers.

- Handle customer enquiries, quotations and sales follow-ups.

- Coordinate installation, servicing and after-sales support of medical equipment.

- Attend basic service calls and coordinate with the technical team when required.

- Maintain daily visit, sales and service reports.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

- Travel within Siliguri and nearby areas as required.

Candidate Requirements:

- Qualification: 12th Pass/ Diploma / Graduate / B.Tech or relevant qualification.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Experience in Medical Equipment / Healthcare Sales & Service will be preferred.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn medical equipment servicing.

- Candidate should be comfortable with field sales and travelling.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
