Plant Supervisor

1.    Oversee and verify the quality and quantity of raw materials received at the plant.

2.    Coordinate and supervise activities with labour contractors to ensure smooth operations.

3.    Maintain accurate records of daily inward and outward material movements.

4.    Operate the weighbridge and ensure timely and correct data entry.

5.    Monitor, track, and maintain stock levels of spare parts and consumables.

6.    Maintain and update attendance records of the workforce regularly.

7.    Ensure timely submission of operational and attendance reports to the office.

8.    Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and suppliers to secure consistent raw material supply.

9.    Prepare, review, and communicate weekly plant requirements to management.

10. Support overall plant efficiency by identifying and addressing operational issues proactively.
