Movi boost, CM Movi boost, Sensors/ Instr, Switch box, VFD/VFD Plates, Strainers, Motor stool Canopy, Plan, Vibration pads etc.

RFQ Floating
Negotiations
PCS
LOI
Documents submissions
Revised documents follow up
Kick Off meetings
PR to PO Conversion
Regular PR conversion
New material code PRs involving:
Pricing and approval
Part info update
GST update
QM updates
Source List updates
PO copy sharing with suppliers for order booking
Clearing pending GRNs arising due to:
Pricing discrepancies
ASN issues
Documentation issues
Error bill clearance related to:
Price changes/correction
Supply Chain Management
Handling 25 active suppliers
OTD improvement activities
Critical shortage management
Close follow up with Kit pipe , Panel , vendors
Weekly meeting with critical suppliers
Daily mail communications and follow up from internal stake holders
Drawing issue resolution within a team
Transportation and inwarding
Sourcing Activities
PIP/PRP activities:
Commercial evaluation
Portal filings
Info Record updates
PO updates
Additional Responsibilities
Supplier issue resolution and closure
Supplier communication and feedback management
Internal team coordination and delivery commitments
Supplier quality issue resolution and corrective actions
