Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage collection and recovery activities across the assigned territory.
- Ensure timely collection of EMI payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and implement effective recovery strategies.
- Handle bucket-wise collections, overdue cases, and NPA reduction.
- Manage and guide collection executives to achieve monthly collection targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to customers and coordinate with dealers.
- Track collection performance and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Resolve customer payment issues and escalate critical cases when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
- Monitor portfolio quality and minimize collection losses.
