Position: Field Collection Executive

Company: Bright Financial Services

📍 Job Locations: Sitapur & Lakhimpur, Uttar Pradesh

💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect monthly EMIs from customers.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and pending collections.
  • Conduct field visits and maintain customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly collection targets.
  • Maintain daily collection reports and updates.

Requirements:

  • 12th Pass / Graduate
  • Previous experience in field collections, NBFCs or vehicle finance required.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
  • Familiarity with local areas of Sitapur or Lakhimpur.
