Job Description
Sales & Marketing Executive – Job DescriptionCompany: Phintex India Services Pvt. Ltd.
Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy
Location: Lucknow / Lakhimpur / Hardoi / Sitapur
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Promote and sell company products/services to customers.
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings and product presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Develop new markets and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders and customer requirements.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales and customer visit reports.
- Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Solar/Renewable Energy.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel for field work.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
