Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform men’s & women’s haircuts and styling
- Advanced haircutting including layers, fades, precision cuts, etc.
- Hair wash, blow-dry and professional styling
- Hair colouring, global colour, highlights and basic colour corrections
- Hair spa, treatments and other hair-care services
- Consult customers and recommend suitable hairstyles/services
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming and customer service
- Handle customers professionally and build long-term relationships
- Assist and guide junior stylists/trainees
- Maintain salon tools, equipment and workstation
- Follow YK Makeovers service standards and SOPs
⭐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a unisex hairdresser/hair stylist preferred
- Strong skills in both men’s and women’s hair
- Good knowledge of haircuts, styling, colouring and treatments
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow with the brand
