About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage our Solapur branch. The candidate will be responsible for overall branch operations, business development, team management, customer acquisition, loan processing, collections coordination, and achieving branch targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Solapur branch.
- Drive branch business and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Develop new business opportunities for Commercial Vehicle, Car, Agricultural Vehicle, Construction Equipment and Auto Loans.
- Generate leads through market visits, dealer/channel partners, references, and other sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, DSAs, and business partners.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the branch sales and collection team.
- Monitor the complete loan process from lead generation to disbursement.
- Ensure proper verification and documentation of customer applications.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Collection, FI, and other departments for smooth processing.
- Monitor branch portfolio quality and ensure timely repayment/collection.
- Identify potential risks and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit branch performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Take responsibility for overall branch profitability and performance.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience: 3–7 years in NBFC / Banking / Vehicle Finance / Loan Sales.
- Experience in branch handling and team management will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle loans, commercial vehicle finance, car loans, agricultural vehicle loans, or equipment finance.
- Good knowledge of local market and customer/dealer network.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to handle sales targets and team performance.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Candidates with an existing network of dealers/DSAs/customers will be preferred.

Salary₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Salary will be based on experience, skills, and current CTC.
Additional Benefits: Incentives / TA-DA / Petrol Allowance / Other company benefits as applicable.
