Consumption Manager

Consumption Manager — BetterSleep LLP (Sonipat, Haryana)

Location: On-site, Sonipat | Type: Full-time

Experience: 3–6 years | Function: Inventory Control

We're hiring a Consumption Manager to own material flow control on the BetterSleep manufacturing floor — from store issue through production consumption, waste, and returns. This is a hands-on, floor-based role at the center of a plant-wide inventory control transformation, engaged in partnership with FYNEX Consultants.

What you'll do:

• Own daily compliance of Job Cards and cycle counts across production lines and shifts
• Track and reconcile materials issued, consumed, returned, and scrapped against SAP
• Investigate variances, drive Excess Consumption Note closures, and present at weekly Variance Committee meetings
• Work closely with Store, Production, QA, and Finance to close gaps in SAP inventory accuracy
• Support SAP Production Planning (PP) rollout and BOM recalibration

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3–6 years in inventory control, store operations, production planning, or manufacturing MIS
• Working knowledge of SAP Business One or similar ERP (inventory/production transactions)
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with daily floor-based work, not a desk job
• Detail-oriented, comfortable holding supervisors accountable to documentation standards
