Job Description

  • Should have knowledge of computers , ERP Or SAP.
  • Temperature Monitoring: Cold room, freezer aur staging area ka temperature regularly check aur record karna. Temperature mein koi problem ho toh turant action lena.
  • - Inward & Outward Operations: Maal receive karna, unloading, checking, picking, loading aur dispatch ka kaam properly supervise karna.
  • - Stock Checking: Physical stock count karna aur system mein available stock se match karna. Koi difference ho toh usko report aur resolve karna.
  • - FIFO / FEFO Follow Karna: Maal ko sahi sequence mein nikalwana, taaki purana ya expiry ke close maal pehle dispatch ho.
  • - Manpower Management: Staff ko daily work assign karna, attendance aur productivity check karna, aur shift handover properly karwana.
  • - Equipment Maintenance: Forklift, pallet jack aur doosri machines ka safe use ensure karna aur breakdown hone par report karna.
  • - Safety & Hygiene: Staff se PPE, safety rules aur cleanliness follow karwana. Warehouse mein proper hygiene maintain karna.
  • - System & Documentation: DEO se inward, outward, stock movement aur dispatch ki entries time par aur accurately karwana.
  • - Error Handling: Stock mismatch, wrong picking, short/excess supply, damaged goods ya temperature issue hone par turant action lena aur record maintain karna.
  • - Coordination & Reporting: Warehouse Manager, Shift In-charge, DEO, staff aur transporter ke saath coordination rakhna aur daily work ki reporting karna.
