Job Description
Job Summary
Casa Grand Prop Care is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Skilled Operator – Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and heavy machinery, ensuring high standards of quality, and maintaining all required production and operational documents.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly & Operations: Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components for Bull machines according to technical drawings, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain all daily production logs, inspection reports, quality checklists, and maintenance records accurately.
Quality Assurance: Inspect finished assemblies to ensure compliance with quality control standards and report any defects or errors immediately.
Machine Testing & Maintenance: Perform basic testing and troubleshooting on assembled machines and conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all factory safety protocols, wear required PPE, and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in assembly or machine manufacturing (experience with heavy machinery/equipment preferred).
Technical Skills:
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
Proficiency with manual, electrical, and pneumatic hand tools.
Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good record-keeping abilities, and a strong work ethic.
